Privacy Policy

• Account information — your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and role (customer or business owner).
• Business listing information — if you list a business: its name, description, categories, contact details, locations, photos, and ownership attestation. The ownership attestation includes information about the owner’s racial or ethnic identity (for example, Black-, African-, Caribbean-, or Afro-Latino-owned), which you voluntarily provide so we can feature your business in the directory. We use it solely for this purpose and never for advertising or tracking.
• Location — approximate or precise location (with your permission) to show nearby businesses. You can search by city or ZIP instead.
• Activity — favorites, reviews, bookings, and “support” events you record to track community circulation impact.
• Device & push tokens — a notification token if you enable push notifications.

• Provide core features: search, discovery, listings, bookings, and reviews.
• Verify Black-/Afro-descendant ownership for the “Verified” badge.
• Show businesses near you and power circulation-impact statistics.
• Send notifications you have opted into, and respond to support requests.
• Maintain security and prevent abuse.

We share limited data with providers strictly to operate the service:

• Google Maps / Places — to display maps and surface additional nearby businesses in the “All businesses” view.
• Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple — optional sign-in options. We receive your name, email address, and an account identifier from the provider you choose.
• Stripe — to process payments and subscriptions for business owners (we do not store full card numbers).
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — to deliver push notifications.
• Google Cloud — hosting, database, and storage.
• OpenStreetMap / Nominatim — map tiles and geocoding of place searches.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the mobile app under Account → Delete account, or on the web from your Account page. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and associated data — including any businesses you listed, reviews, favorites, bookings, and support events. You may also request deletion by emailing support@wonderlogiq.com.

• Turn location permission on or off in your device settings.
• Enable or disable push notifications.
• Access, correct, or delete your account information.

GreenLogiQ is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
